The Corvallis Police Department is investigating a chiropractic doctor
who allegedly used a concealed cam to record clients in 2013 and 2014. William O'Donnell was a chiropractic physician at Vertebrata
Chiropractic in Corvallis, which is no longer in organisation, police say. State records show O'Donnell's chiropractic physician's license is lapsed.
Corvallis police stated they do not believe O'Donnell presently lives in Oregon. O'Donnell was formerly a chiropractic practitioner in New Jersey and his state chiropractic physician's license was suspended in March 2019 after being charged with sexual attack and endangering the well-being of a kid, according to New Jersey state documents. His suspension file says the victim, in between the ages of 13 and 16, remained in his care at the time.
Corvallis authorities stated O'Donnell may have been targeting female patients at Vertebrata in their early 20s through their mid 30s. Cops do not believe other medical professionals or workers were associated with or understood of the alleged misconduct, according to police.
Corvallis police stated they need assistance identifying several women on the videos. Authorities asked any female patients of O'Donnell in between November 2013 and May 2014 who remained in their early 20s through mid 30s to call Detective Pete Dunn at 541-766-6433.
O'Donnell might not be reached for comment at the time of publication.– Celina Tebor
