. His family supplied the following statement: As Brian's liked ones, we were devastated to hear news of his ridiculous murder. As a Chiropractor, he liked his patients and he liked serving people and assisting the people of Northern Idaho. He brought pleasure and laughter to those around him. He had a remarkable heart, and his loss has wrought a remarkable hole in our hearts. We will never comprehend the senselessness of the loss of Brian's life – a life that brought so much joy, meaning, companionship, and love to others. We are grateful to the law enforcement officials -and specifically the Idaho State Police and the Bonners Ferry Police -who worked tirelessly and diligently to reveal the reality. Still, those efforts can not change the truth for Jennifer, Brian's children, or his parents and siblings. Brian's death has left a void in their lives and the neighborhood as a whole. His children will grow up without the caring dad who was their rock and champ. His bride-to-be will not grow old with him, sharing the happiness and concerns of raising their kids together. All of us stay devastated and wish justice. We appreciate the respect for our personal privacy at this time.

Moore made a court look on Thursday, Sept. 3 where his attorney, Jill Bolton, provided a motion for Moore to be launched from the Boundary County Jail to get medical treatment.

“My client, our company believe, suffered a traumatic brain injury on or about August 28, 2020, “Bolton stated in court Thursday.”That brought an entire host of issues when he was then the next day generated for questioning by law enforcement in this matter. I think today he might still right now have some proof in his brain of this injury and he may need treatment for this injury.”

The judge said he would sign an order for Moore to be transferred for medical examination and treatment. Moore is expected to be taken to a regional medical facility to get an MRI or CT Scan.

Moore has actually not entered a plea in relation to the charges.
