Is your back aching? Wrist throbbing? It might be your home workspace and those unusual work positions.

“You lost a great desk height. You lost a great workplace chair. You lost your desktop and are now utilizing a laptop more frequently, and this causes kind of three locations which I've truly seen an increase in kind of musculoskeletal problems,” chiropractic specialist Dr. Andrew Bang, of the Cleveland Clinic, said.
