Seddens was located in Clearwater, Florida and arrested there in mid October following work by the U.S. Marshals N.Y./ N.J. Regional Fugitive Task Force-Camden Division, and the company's task force in Tampa.
Jail records show he was launched from the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater last Thursday, Nov. 5 after being extradited to New Jersey.
Camden County authorities state he eliminated Ashley Allen, 33, of Sicklerville with a gunshot to the head. Police were contacted us to the crossway of 8th and Walnut Street in Camden shortly before midnight on Sept. 29 after they received a report of a female in the roadway, the workplace stated.
The lifeless Allen was taken by ambulance to a local healthcare facility where she was pronounced dead, cops stated.
An investigation ultimately exposed that Seddens, Allen's ex-boyfriend, was the shooter, the workplace declares.
Seddens was being kept in a state corrections center in Trenton Monday while awaiting a detention hearing in court, authorities stated.
State records show he was launched from the New Jersey state prison system in August after serving about 14 months for domestic assault, theft and drug belongings convictions.
