“Defund the Police “has become the slogan screamed out by Black Lives Matter demonstrators over the last couple of weeks in the U.S. But how and even whether to carry out that demand is stirring argument and controversy. In Camden, New Jersey, the cops department was dismantled and re-structured seven years ago to more closely include the neighborhood.
